Exchanges on items that are lost, delayed & damaged:
Rebagz Handbags and Half the Sky Designs LLC is not responsible for lost, delayed or damaged items that are being returned for exchange. Please send all returns/exchanges with insurance and a means by which to track the packages. (Items sent via the US Postal Service are not automatically traceable or insured, so you will specifically have to request and purchase these services.) If a post office or mailbox company receives a package for a customer and then returns it to us because the customer has not picked it up, that customer will have to pay for re-delivery.
